1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The appointment is canceled by the healthcare provider
  • You cancel the appointment within the provider’s accepted cancellation window
  • A technical issue on our platform results in a failed booking or duplicate payment
  • The provider fails to show up or is unreachable at the scheduled time (subject to investigation)


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Late cancellations or no-shows by the user
  • Cancellations made outside the provider’s allowed cancellation period
  • Dissatisfaction with medical advice or treatment (these must be handled directly with the provider)
  • Service fees or processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless legally required


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Include your name, booking ID, reason for refund, and any relevant details
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled appointment date


We will review each case individually and respond within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days)
  • We will notify you once your refund has been processed


5. Third-Party Fees

If you booked through a third-party payment processor, any associated transaction fees or deductions applied by those processors may not be under our control.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
